BEAR

Bear is a very sweet chap who came into our care via a local vets. He had been taken there with a blocked bladder and after spending lots of money having it fixed, his owners decided they didn”t want to take the chance of it returning and so asked to have him PTS. As Bear is such a cuddly lovely boy the vets persuaded them to sign him over for rehoming.
Bear is a semi long haired, black and white, neutered male cat, just coming up to 5 yrs old. He is extremely friendly and affectionate and would make a fantastic family pet. He will need to be fed a special diet for the rest of his life to stop any reccuring problems whith his bladder.
He also has some behavioural problems, but sadly has not been able tyo stay in a foster home long enough to allow anyone to work with him to hopefully get him out of the problems. He occassionally has a tendancy to urinate on sofa’s and duvets, this most like;ly started as a side effect of his medical problem prior to it being fixed, but now has become a learnt behaviour which he needs help getting out of. We realsie this is an extremely undesirable condition, but we hope someone will eventually come along who would be willing to work with him for a few months to help him overcome this. He really is lovely and very very deserving of a second chance.
